The Artisans Apprentice was started and remains committed to the old way of baking. Mixing, fermenting shaping and cutting is all done by hand only utilising an electric oven to bake the final loaf. It is fresh and very health bread =)
We sell breads, pastries, coffee and soon will expand into alot more. We have a small sit down area, and bake fresh every day.
